you can most definitely do without it! it's crazy how different food tastes after you've been on the diet for a bit! you really won't want them.
you can make your own mayonnaise....
2 eggs
little lemon juice
salt
1 1/4 cups oil (grapeseed's my favorite)
whip all ingredients except oil on high (in blender) for 1 min and slowly add oil.
