Finally well now, but I've been sick almost the whole month of March. Really sick, missed 2 weeks of work sick, can't get out of bed sick. Strep throat and a horrible cold, and I'm allergic to antibiotics, so just had to tough it out.
During that time, my weight soared up 8.5 pounds (sicky bloat), and it was so discouraging.
BUT...
I never cheated or went off plan, and that's what I'm celebrating, because it represents a new accomplishment for me - NOT rewarding/consoling myself with food or giving myself permission to eat whatever I want while I'm sick, like I always have in the past!

I almost have a neck now. My chin doesn't hang down to my chest any more.
I can't wait to see more of my neck appear.

Okay here is a small victory that I just noticed this morning; I was sitting in a straight back chair, looked down and noticed that my tummy does not stick out beyond my boobs anymore!!!! Incidentally, I am well endowed so this is a celebraion for me!

12 pounds down since May11th but tons of inches coming off!!!!!

Thanks!
