Thumbs up Tips on writing a great success story

Dear members,

The success stories forum now has some additional tools and enhanced look to compliment your story.

1. Before/After pictures: You can use our gallery to upload before/in-progress/after pictures, and they will show automatically on the side-bar of your success story. You can update those images anytime.

2. Pagination: If your success stories is verbose and lengthy (I think that's how most of us want to read them, the more details the better), you can BREAKdown your story into pages, and control where the page BREAKs are placed. To do this, simply add the keyword BREAK between square brackets []

3. Weight charts: You can use the MY P.L.A.N. tool to generate a detailed weight-loss chart, and include it in your story:

Once you're done, simply include the generated image using the IMG tag. To learn more about using the IMG and other editing tags, see this help page:

http://forum.lowcarber.org/misc.php?do=bbcode

You can also use the tool to generate bodyfat charts and other goodies. If you make your own charts, you can also uplaod those to your gallery, and link to them with the IMG tag.

You may also link to your images on external sites (like your Yahoo, AOL or MSN albums), but be aware that more than 50% of the images used through external album websites have now gone, Those sites ahave either changes the file location/URL, or no longer allow them to be shown on other sites. So it's best to upload them to your space on our gallery, to make sure they stay up to date, and accessable

4. That's it. Let us know if we can make it even more easier to share your success story.
