How strict are you being with yourself

Hello everyone!

I just wanted to know how strict is everyone being with themselves on their new WOE.

In past diets I was being way too strict with myself - not allowing myself to indulge in some of the things I enjoyed eating. What would happen is I would get to a "boiling" point...I'd binge...and therefore blow my diet.

I really love this Low-Carb lifestyle. Its fits me perfectly. I don't want to be too strict with myself and blow the best way of eating I've ever come across. I'm very new to this so please reply and HELP ME OUT!!
