Ok so I got my fitbit charged. My goal for the rest of the month of October is to get a minimum of 10,000 steps every day for the rest of the month

Jogging has fallen by the wayside with the arrival of colder, wetter condit. Which means that if I start up in the spring I will have to relive the initial fortnight of aching, stiff thighs.
