I know low carb is good for PCOS, but is there a specific one that is best?

Honestly, you will have to do some reading and decide what you think you can live with. Another factor you will have to think about is blood sugar issues...are you diabetic?

I was fortunate enough to be diagnosed early enough that I did not become diabetic.

Also, ask you physician. I don't know if doctors are better about admitting that low carbs help PCOD. My doctors never told me about that, I had to learn that on my own...
