Question Any ideas for soya flour

I searched everwhere for soya flour to make the pancakes in the A 's book. I finally found the flour and made the pancakes they were terrible, very eggy almost like a cold omelette.

Has anyone any other ideas for using the soya flour or has anyone tried the protien bread. I dont want to wast time makiing it if it is as bad as the pancakes. I also bought almond flour as well. Desperate for a pancke now ukrose

Things on the low-carb baking front have changed so much since September 2002 that we are no longer held prisoner by soy flour. Soy protein and whey protein isolate is the way to go.
