Default New use for Pork Rinds!!

These are similar to Peanut Butter cups but less carbs.........

1 stick butter
1 square unsweetened chocolate
1/3 cup Splenda

melt in microwave......

stir in
4 T. Twist chocolate hazelnut spread ( I bought mine mail order) 2C/T.
2 T heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract........

Spray a 6 cup muffin pan or 12 cup mini pan w.pam
add roughly crushed pork rinds to each cup.....several T.
Spoon chocolate mix on top and freeze till firm.
These must be kept in the freezer...........they are great!

The pork rinds make them taste just like nestle crunch bars and the twist spread has 2 g. carbs/T as opposed to between 5-7G. C for peanut butter
pork rinds have 0 as opposed to the carbs from walnuts, etc...

You could do these with peanut butter too and they are yummy just a few more carbs per each cup~

These are my TOM lifesaver!
Enjoy~
