Talking Hello there

I'm new to this site today and have been following Atkins for 4 weeks now. Feeling great - not hungry - or starving like when following WW. Scales have shown some loss (nothing to get excited over), but body shape seems to be changing. Early days yet!

Cheers
P.

Welcome Polly According to that little scale by your weight, you have already lost 23% of the weight you want to lose, and that's definately something to be excited over! And the best part is that you are not hungry and feeling great while you are doing it. Keep up the good work.
