This shows brown rice as having .2 grams of soluble fiber out of a total 3.5 grams of fiber.

Talks about something they call soluble stabilized rice bran. This is an unfortunate use of the term "soluble," they're using the term, as far as I can tell, to describe "stabilized rice bran"--and not the fiber itself.

I have found the principles on Fiber Menace to be true in my own case. Such errors do not upset his fundamental message.

Unlike many low carbers, I get along with berries and cherries and melon; which are low sugar fruits. And they have the right kind of fiber. I eat them with yogurt; another good probiotic move.
