Default Hi!

Hi folks,

Newbie here. Just started Keto and looking to lose about 30lbs - already lost about 10lbs from my starting weight. Looking to learn lots from each of you!

My first issue that Iíve been dealing with is since my third week on Keto, my blood pressure has been elevated. Mine has always been below 120 but is now all over the place and my average is now 137/85!

Iím hoping itís just an electrolyte imbalance however blood work on Monday says my blood serum levels are normal. I can tell you Iím not getting the daily calcium, magnesium, potassium or sodium levels Ketoíers recommend.

Any thoughts folks?
