Angry How long does this ketone breath last

Hi

I have been on the Atkins diet for almost two weeks and am brushing my teeth 10 times a day. When will the ketone breath go.

I suppose it is a good sign but one I could do with out

For me taking a particular supplement helped: Chlorophyll Concentrate. It is supposed to be "Freshness in a bottle" and help with all over odor. Don't know if you can get it in Ireland, but it is worth a shot!

BTW: I takes a week or so after starting to take them everyday before I noticed a difference.

Sugar free polos help, but mainly, drink more water, so the ketones go through your urine, not your breath.
It lasts all the while you're in ketosis, so could be all the time you're losing.
Mine is definitely worse when I don't drink enough.
Take care, Jay
