Not such a great start...

20 minutes of the super cardio sculpt video.
I hate exercising at home.

OK-

My new exercise goal... walk 15 miles/week.
Walk the 3 mile loop for 2 weeks, then gradually add some jogging.
Be able to run the entire 3 mile loop by October.
Race for the Cure in October.

So far-

Friday- 3 miles
Saturday- 2 miles

So far not much action in here... but it is a new year.

With my weight down to 133, but my body still quite jiggly I know I need to get moving.

I am starting my New Year's resolution a little early.
I am aiming for 365 miles walked/jogged in 2006.
I also plan on running the race for the cure this year, no more walking for me.
Finally, I want to get my body fat down to at least 23%, 20% would be better, but I am trying to be realistic.

Exercise today.. 2 miles to Local and 2 miles back. Not very fast, but I did carry a 23 pound baby for close to a mile.

ttc,

I applaud your getting back into exercising. I, too, am trying to get started again. (I'm a thyroid cancer survivor and am having troubles finding a replacement med that works well.)

I'm starting a challenge to walk at least 30 minutes a day for 30 days. I'd love to have a fellow Texan join me! But whatever you decide...

Good luck with your Race for the Cure this year!!
