Default Help with a stall please...

Hi everyone, I have been in a stall for 6 weeks now. My scale will not move past 158.5. Its starting to get to me.lol. I have been looking at ways to get through this...refeed,pluggin through,etc... I just am not sure what to do.
this was my menu for yesterday.

( I normally do not eat much at all for breakfast, its always made me feel like crap since I was a kid)

3 scrambled eggs,4 strips of bacon
1 slice of cheese
2cps mushrooms
1cup zucchini
4sm chicken breasts
4 tblsp ranch
butter 2tblsp
total carbs 18. calories 1354

I do normally eat a little bit more, but I have been in a very blah mood with food. lol I am on rung 3 and get in more carbs but like I said i have been very blah...

I am pretty desperate for ideas! haha thank you for taking the time to look!

oh, that's hard on you, I know... I bet though your clothes are looser!

Bacon needs to go (sodium and hidden sugars)
and sliced cheese is usually not 'real cheese' dump that.

Pick up hard, aged cheese if you need it (although eschewing dairy for a while might get the scale back in service).

Thank you Pennink!

Its funny I has stopped using bacon for some time then recently picked it back up...I get addicted to it.lol
The sliced cheese was a slice from a block of cheese(sorry i should have been more specific),I don't eat cheese much at all.
but I didn't have any bacon today so thats a start,I will get rid of it right away and pray that helps!

Hi there, Vgrace. I am in almost the exact situation you are--6 week stall at about 60% to goal. I eat the same number of calories and carbs (according to Fitday). I don't eat bacon, but I do drink some coffee with half and half. I can't seem to give it up. I wonder if a looong stall is just part of this phase of the diet and if all the fiddling isn't what helps--it's just patience?

I agree time2doit, I think some of its patience. I did cut out bacon and cheese though and have lost 2lbs since I posted this a few days ago. I was so pleased to see the scale finally drop some! I hope you get of your stall quickly I know how frustrating it can be!
