I rarely get hiccups, but when I do, it'll be 4 or 5 times a day for several days in a row. I can't figure out why. If I had to guess, it would be that I swallowed something the wrong way, but I've never really kept track.

I know mine are (usually) connected to eating meat. I swallow and wamo!! Hicccups. But this doesnt happen every time. But when it does happen, meat was swallowed.

Been reading a book about how our jaws and throat formation has been changing due to our food choices---will keep an eye out for hiccups connection.

I drink when I'm thirsty until my thirst is quenched. Like everybody in the history of the world ever did before Dr. Oz came along.

Dr atkin was my inspiration--said to flush out the ketones before utilized as energy.......that was back in 2001....

Ok, thanks, that gives me an idea. I have livestock and I know day to day what amounts they will drink: temps, food , etc affect amounts.
