Question

charles clark verses Atkins

Hi
Could someone help us out please on a point of clarification.
Should we be counting total carbs or net carbs on the Charles Clark diet.
We are on the Charles Clark LOW CARB diet and I have to say so far it has been great. But the confusion lies in what carbs to count. He mentions nothing about NET CARBS where as Atkins does.undefined
