Sunflower seeds have a high level of Vitamin E. I eat some every day for just that reason. Olive oil also has some vitamin e as does almond butter (and no doubt almonds too) but neither of these come close to the level that sunflower seeds have.
I track my food on chronometer every day. Here is where my vitamin e came from for the past 7 days. I met 150% of the RDA, the minimum amount to avoid deficiency, not necessarily the optimal amount.
Sunflower Seeds, Raw 12.3 mg 82%
Almond Butter, Unsalted 2.7 mg 18%
Chard, Swiss, Raw 1.5 mg 10%
Salmon, Canned, Sockeye Red, without Salt, Drained 1.3 mg 9%
Olive Oil 1.2 mg 8%
Red Bell Peppers, Raw 1.0 mg 6%
Broccoli, Raw 0.5 mg 3%
Spinach, Raw 0.3 mg 2%
Hamburger or Ground Beef, 93% Lean 0.3 mg 2%
Collards, Raw 0.2 mg 2%
