Practice plan thru December 31:

Simple: Take food between waking and high noon only. Low carb; no tracking - staying off scale for another 90 days too, fit of clothes is good enough measure.

Tracking below.

Good for Friday - BG this morning 88 so that's kind of low for me. I'm looking forward to really taking a look at BG next practice session first quarter 2021 using DDF protocol https://www.datadrivenfasting.com/home - I've got the matierial and plenty of Blood Glucose strips - It doesnt' appear to be like Fasting Fasting but eating when you BG falls to certain levels determined by a baseline that can and hopefully will over time. It would be fun to enter next summer water season at my leanest if that's possible - this may help at least keep the usual winter pound creep in check.

Froka, yeah, that video was shot by friend sitting in his car about 1/4 mile away. He's super expert and flying - practices all the time like we do here

Awesome videos, Thud! What a great way to get outside and get some exercise. I'm not sure I could even stand up in skates anymore, but very cool!

And we are almost a week into my 90 days. It's working, it's working! Thanks Jess for encouraging me to jump in over here. I do think it helps!

Timeline: Dec 7th - March 7th
Habit: Eating Less than 200 calories after 7:00 PM
Exception: Eating Dinner if delayed due to schedule/conflict

X=Met Habit Objective
O=Off Track

Fast food habit days successful: 42/90 (started 11/01/20)
Carb habit days successful: 3/90 (started 12/10/20)

My carb habit:
Keep carbs to 100g or less daily.

My fast food habit:
No restaurants/fast food for 90 days, with the exception of date nights with my husband. (It must be an actual date, we can’t just go out to dinner to go out to dinner.)

Thud, you have some pretty awesome friends! How cool is that

Jeff, YOU'RE DOING GREAT! Way to go!

And congrats to both of you for sticking with it when your minds were wandering to food yesterday.

As for me: No fast food yesterday and my carb count was at 94g.

Didn't get a chance to eat before noon, work got in the way - wasn't planning on fasting after I was done. Oh well, see what happens today.

Really appreciate this thread. It helped me last night. We ordered wings for dinner last night and around 8:30, I was hungry again so headed to the kitchen. Opened the fridge, grabbed the leftover wings, and started putting them in a bowl to munch on while watching a home remodeling show. As I was doing that, this thread popped into my head and I realized that even just a few would put me over my 200 calorie limit, so back into the fridge they went. Had a slice of cheese and deli ham and some tea instead.

Fast food habit days successful: 45/90 (started 11/01/20)
Carb habit days successful: 6/90 (started 12/10/20)

Keep carbs to 100g or less daily.

82g carbs yesterday and no fast food or restaurants. Unlike Sunday, where I ate almost every single carb available to me, yesterday carb intake was easy to keep lower and I forgot about food quickly. Meals are mainly meat and fat.
