I fully plan to stay with my plan through the holidays
doesn't mean that will happen, but thats my plan. All the get togethers are pot-luck, so I'm taking to LC dishes to each event. That way there is enough food that I can eat, and I find it funny, my LC foods, is always the first to go.
The only thing that will bother me is the desserts, but thankfully, I've learned from years of experiance, to just ignore them. Its a little harder when BF sits down next to me with his plate of dessert
s, right next to me. But he can eat what he wants and I would prefer him to sit with me, I'm a big girl, most days
My mother already asked what I can and can't eat and told me what she's fixing. Also she warned me that there would be other carby foods there for other people. I'm fine with that, I don't have problems walking past those foods anymore, I just load up on anything LC, and if theres not much, theres always food waitng for me at home or the Mc Donalds on the way home.
I know me, a few bites of pie, and its an all out carb fest and last time it took me 5 days to get it under control and another week to loose the weight from it.
