Default Starting Atkins over, but quit smoking.

I am going to start Atkins again. I have gained some weight but have managed to quit my smoking habit of 11 years... I realize it isnt an excuse to quit Atkins but I was really ready to quit smoking and knew I couldnt manage without comfort...which is food..actually Dr. Pepper. I have tried to quit several times but never made it past 2 days..
I am smoke free for 20.5 days and know I will never take another puff. Just need to get back on track with Atkins..
