Yes, it seems so - you could form the "dough" into several smaller bars/cookies, or cut the one large one into several pieces before refrigerating if you don't want that many calories all at once, but if I recall correctly from your other posts you are eating at a very low total at present, so it might be a good way of boosting your intake without feeling too full!!
