Default Wow, Everyone is noticing!

Just wanted to express my gratitude for this way of eating (VLC), it is truly wonderful!! Started on Feb.1/11 at 240 pounds, it has been 2 and a half months almost exactly and I'm proud to say I'm down 35 pounds!

I have been working out VERY hard also, Brasilian Jiu-Jitsu 3x per week (classes last over 2 hrs) Kickboxing 1-2x per week (1.5 hrs) and weight training 2x a week (35-45 mins).....

....And in the past 4 days EVERYONE is noticing and commenting. I guess it feels pretty good, having some acknowledgement for all my hard work. Finally had to go out and buy some new clothes, everything was hanging off of me, perhaps that's why everyone is noticing, my clothes are fitting better. And I seem to carry myself with WAY more confidence these days, the dark cloud I used to carry over my head is gone.

For those out there struggling, don't give up!! Don't resort to your old ways, which is guaranteed to not work. Don't expect a miracle and know that hard work DOES pay off!

Thanks for reading my story, I have been taking progress pics every 4 weeks, but I'm too scared to have my photo's on the internet haha.

Well done, its a great feeling isn't it?
I am 6ft tall so carry my hefty weight well and actually have a flattish stomach (in clothes anyway!) I have had a few comments about my waist and stomach recently, best buzz in the world!
Congrats. x

Awesome!! Your pics will be safe here. From what I understand its the ones taken from a camera phone that can give away location information

Thanks everyone!!

UPDATE: Pic's added

It has been around 6 months since I last posted this. Apparently I was 205 pounds when I started this thread. Kept at it and now down 66 pounds total (174). So yay!

Also, over summer, everyone got used to my weight loss, comments tappered off. Then this past week, POW!!! Everyone is commenting again! I guess I lost more inches etc, and its becoming noticeable again! SOO excited! Pants are loose, gonna go shopping for size 32 jeans today!! I was sitting snug in size 38's this Feb/11. Crazy to me. I picked up a 65 pound dumb bell at the gym, its kinda heavy, cant imagine I took that off my body..

Keep at it everyone!!

Your progress is so awesome! I did well for about 3 months, then I started yo-yoing. I'm still hunting for my motivation that I had back then!

Thanks! I have no plans of slowing this down. Although my weight has stayed the same the past month, I have been working extra hard in the gym and am toning up and feeling stronger, clothes loose again, love it.
