Many of us have been around the LC-block a time or three. Though this my first time here at this site.

Welcome back to the fold!

When I was getting ready for this and cut out bread and starches, I read about adding more salt, potassium and magnesium. Once I did that I felt a lot better, although I don't have the flu as such, I am experiencing a scatter brain effect. My mind is racing, mistakes go unnoticed and I need to write more notes than before (bookkeeping).

Those headaches will soon be a thing of the past and you'll be watching those numbers on the scale dropping!

Hi Joe, welcome back.. if at first you don't succeed, ..you know the rest of it. Like many of us, myself included, it's try, try again.
Hope you're doing well.
