Default Losing through the Holidays!

Holidays are fast approaching and the more I can stay focused and hold myself accountable the better off I am! I would love to lose right through them! Is anyone in the TDC interested in buddying up through them and weighing in once a week? I am picking Thursday for my Weigh in days, but that can be changed. Any weigh in day is fine.

I'm not touching the scale till theh next time I have to go to the Drs office, looking at January for me. But I thinkink its great that you are determined to keep it strict through the holidays. I did it last year and as long as you keep your head in the game its not that hard.

Hi Kerri; I'm a newbie and every year I get stressed at the holidays and end up putting on more weight. I'll join you in your challenge. Maybe having some support from someone who understands what we go thru will help me stay strong. I usually weigh myself on Sunday to keep me honest thru the weekend. I can do it on Thursdays too. I can't do personal messages yet but I guess if you want me to do it with you I can put it in my journal.

Excellent idea! It helped me a lot to weigh in weekly with other TDCers.

There is a weekly weigh in thread right here in the TDC, if you'd care to join it.

I would love to join! I have a "no cheats, ever" policy this holiday season. I don't want to let carbs ever get their nasty little hooks in me ever again! We can do this! Holidays don't have to be full of unhealthy choices!
