Default Mini success story (my 3 day experience)

I probably haven't ate a meal smaller than an entire pizza in the last few years, but I started my Atkins induction phase 3 days ago... and had two chicken breast ready to eat. I couldn't even finish the first one. I'm just not hungry.

Anyone who's trying to break their food addiction, I recommend Atkins... it's only thing that prevented me from overeating so far! But you have to empty your house of dangerous carb foods... or you probably won't have the willpower to continue on induction.

Default Good Job!

Atkins is wonderful. I have been doing this less than two weeks.

I am not tempted by carbs. Once they are out of your system, you don't seem to 'need' them any more. I have three kids in the house and they eat a normal diet. I'm not tempted to eat their food at all.

Keep going.. you will do great.

This is so true! I find that with high carbs I'm completely obsessive about sweet things (like chocolate) but with Atkins I feel in such control of my eating. I pretty much think its 50% physiological and 50% psychological x
