Yes the appetite suppression is marvellous, I do find after I get below certain numbers, I have to be more mindful of quantity of certain low carb items, fat from my body is less and too much fat in my diet leads to no loss, so I have increased my veggies, lessened my fattier cuts of meat, and then add my fats for satiation. Dairy is something I have to be mindful of as well. Im not measuring, just being mindful of what a healthy for me amount of certain items are. I cant eat the same amounts of low carb items I ate and lost weight when I was 192 my highest weight.
