I know that this is low carb... I'm not sure of the amount of carbs... but I do know that all of the ingredients are on the list....

1- 8 oz block of cream cheese softened
1- 8 oz tub of sour cream
1 to 2 bunches of green onions
2 cans of hormel deviled ham in a can... (it's with the canned tuna and chicken it in a pink can... and has 0 carbs)


mix all of the ingredients and let sit for 30 minutes in the fridge, serve with veggies or crackers if in later phases.

Klucas this sounds yummy...I may have to try it...although I do not have any sour cream I have plenty of ham leftover from Thanksgiving and lot of cream cheese! Thanks for this
