Ham and green onion dip
I know that this is low carb... I'm not sure of the amount of carbs... but I do know that all of the ingredients are on the list....
1- 8 oz block of cream cheese softened
1- 8 oz tub of sour cream
1 to 2 bunches of green onions
2 cans of hormel deviled ham in a can... (it's with the canned tuna and chicken it in a pink can... and has 0 carbs)
mix all of the ingredients and let sit for 30 minutes in the fridge, serve with veggies or crackers if in later phases.
