Default How often do you weigh yourself?

I only used to weigh myself once a month while I was losing. Now that I'm on maintenance I'm weighing myself almost everyday. I think I'm afraid of the weight creeping back on. Is this a normal fear ?

For me, I weigh daily when I see and feel my weight as I near a +3 lbs creep up. So When I gain, I weigh daily....when I'm not, I weigh every few days. Way more than once a week!!!

Thank you! Its been 6 years as of last month.
I was very scared at first too. I think that overtime, I got used to whole aspect of weight maintenance and am no longer feeling the fear.
I'm sure that you will too.
