I didn't check out the links but I suspect this is the same gilad that has shows on fit tv every day. I record them on my dvr and have about 20 saved. most days I do 2 30 minute work outs. I feel so much stronger and they're actually relatively fun. They're called Total Body Sculpt. Even thinking about quitting my gym membership bc I've been choosing the videos over the gym!

ETA: i did first 40 min of the 60 min work out, its a combo of a good stretch and 22 min low impact cardio, i think its optimal to combine that with some weight lifting/strength training, from those videos i linked to at youtube
