Default Question about mayo & mustard

When I click on mayo and mustard in the PLAN tool, it shows that they both have carbs (very few, but still...). My mayo and mustard both show "0" on the nutrition facts. So is there something I should know, are there secret carbs I don't know about? LOL

Hmmm....I have 2 kinds in my fridge, Hellmanns and an off-brand. They both say 0 carbs. Should I believe that?

Most brands of mayo contain some sugar. It should be listed in the ingredients. According to the USDA site, regular mayo has approximately .9g of sugar per tablespoonful.

Mustard is made from the seeds of the mustard plant, and all plants contain some carbs.

Additionally, if there is less than .5g of carbs in the serving size, they are allowed to report it as being 0 carbs in the US.
