Default Urban rebounder

Hello all I just wanted to share with you guys that I just got a urban rebounder and it is so much fun. The dvd come with a beginers section and is great form people who are just starting exercise like myself. Also is not bad for your joints. Theres is nothing like bouncing your way to fitness and making exercise fun.

Urban rebournder? lol I thought you had gotten a new vehicle!
I'll have to look that up. I still feel I'm too overwieght for hard core aerobics and I sure don't want to hurt my knees and joints.
