Hi, just thought I would introduce myself. I just started doing atkins about a week ago. I have read most of his books. I wanted to come to this forum for a couple of reasons. Most important ones being to get support and give support to others trying to start a new way of life. Also to be able to get answers to questions that I have. And maybe answer other peoples questions.
