Default Ablifter Plus by Kathy Smith

I have seen the infomercial about the Kathy Smith Ablifter Plus. It looks like a good product for me because I cant do any abdominal work like crunches because I have just had spinal fusion surgery on my neck. Has anyone tried this exercise machine? It has a "lift" mechanism that will help you to do the crunch without using your neck muscles. I am doing some light weights every morning but the abs need SERIOUS help, lol

After surgery....I would take this to my Doc and get his advice first. Could do more damage than good. My mother had the same surgery and found certain excersize hurt more than it helped. To the best of my knowledge If crunches are done right you shouldn't be hurting your neck, but then again, talk to the doc.

I can't help you with the effectiveness, I have never used one. Sorry.
