Default Can I get a Do-over?

So....it's been forever. I'm back up to my starting weight. I'll elaborate more in my journal if you're interested, it's going to be a long story though.

Anyway, I'd like to take my mulligan, you know, a do-over. So November first, I'm starting over eating LC. There's a reason for the delay. I am in Africa and won't be back in the U.S. until the end of October.

The TDC and these forums in general, were incredibly helpful to me last time I was seriously working on my weight and health. I'm sure you all won't let me down this time.

Here's to do-overs!

I'm a pro when it comes to do-overs. I've restarted so many diets over the years that I've lost count. One lesson that I never seemed to learn... that doing the same thing over and over will more than likely end up the same way as before. So my suggestion is not to do a "do-over" -- but to do an "over-haul." Try and figure out where you went wrong on your last attempt and come up with a new plan to address it. Keep learning, keep tweaking your plan, and make it something you can stick to and enjoy. Find a way to make it work. This is advice from a guy who just about ran out of "do-overs." You can do low carb wrong and you can do low carb right. I did it the wrong way too many times. Find a way to make your plan work right this time. You will be so glad that you did.

...Waiting on some updates! :-)
I remember you from a few years ago..

I liken my weight loss to my quitting smoking. That took me more than one attempt too!

Here's to Do'overs!

Me too I have been on this site for years up and down in weight. I also did the same thing with smoking until one time it clicked and it has been over 15 or 16 years smoke free!! I have hopes that this time for me too will be the one!
Glad you are back!!

Hmmm, I wonder where BAM went? Doesn't look like she's been back again.
