Finished the first week down 3lbs. Still went to 7-11 a few times and finally managed no evening screen time last night. Got a great nights sleep. I've been eating healthier carb substitutes for pure junk I was eating (also ate a lot of pure junk). I've been eating peaches every day, only 9 carbs versus 30 in a candy bar. I bought real cream in place of powder.
My goal Mon and Tues is 30 carb days. Work days 120. I made some errors in judgment. I bought a stores meal deal with chicken coated with breading and literally no meat under it. I bought ribs sitting in cups of sauce. The ribs were good though. I will just wash off the sauce first thing.
