Default Curried Chicken/Turkey Salad

This is what you should do with your left-over chicken or turkey. Nom, nom, nom. Like usual I don't really measure, I go by taste.
Made this today, LOVE IT!

Chicken thighs -- cooked and chunked up (1-1.5 pounds I think)

Green onions (about 3)
1/4 Apple, diced or grated is good (would have put in the whole apple, but it wasn't a very good apple)
Celery, sliced
Sliced, toasted almonds

Dressing:

1 cup of mayonaisse
2 heaping tsps of curry powder (to taste, I used Penzey's Sweet Curry)
Lime juice (to taste)
Ground Ginger (to taste)
Salt
Pepper

Mix together salad ingredients and mix together dressing. Put dressing on salad and toss.
