Im SOOOO Excited

I started the aktins diet yesterday and this morning I measured my weghst(sp*) and I have already lost one inch.I think it is probally water loss but im not sure.If I can Reach my goal by aug. 1 I am going to get a prize for myself wich will probaly be a PS2.Post and tell me what you think.
