Hi Doreen,
Something is still amiss. It's not an issues of refreshing the page, but a server-side issue. As already stated by others, the range of the database appears to be limited to between 2000 and 2010.

Default year amiss

Ditto on what the last poster said. The year is limited to 2000-2010.

Bingo. It should be fixed now.

Default date range problem

Something is still wrong with the chart. The data is jumbled up. The dates along the bottom are Dec 99, 00, 01. etc until Dec 11. Meaning one post a year instead of filling in my daily or monthly info. Thanks!

Default Total fiber is different when exported to my journal?

I just discovered the export to journal feature today and tried it out. However, in my plan it shows that I had 7.5 grams of fiber, but in my journal it posted that I had 22.4. This is today's entry if you want to take a look. Just found that odd. Any ideas? Thank you!

Absolutely love it, though!

What I see when I click on your link is that you had 29.9g Total Carbs, and 7.5g of Fiber. That means you had 22.4g of Net Carbs.

My P.L.A.N. uses the term Possible Effective Carb Count, or PECC, instead of Net Carbs. Do you by any chance have PECC checked in your Settings? I don't thing checking PECC alters the Nutritional Summary, though. As I understand it, the Nutritional Summary will always show Total Carbs and Fiber separately.

What you posted above is what my My P.L.A.N. shows, but NOT what my export to journal shows.

There is a discrepancy between the calculations in My P.L.A.N. and what it exports to my journal...at least that is what I am perceiving. When you look in my My P.L.A.N. there is no way my fiber equals 22.4 in any way.

And yes, I DO have PECC checked, but don't think it has anything to do with this discrepancy, unless it is causing it???

A temporary fix was to just stick to printing the fiber data. Give it a try.

Just curious as to why my weight hasn't updated on my profile since February. It continues to show me as 211 and I am now at 201. Just wondering.

The Profile in the upper right corner of your post isn't connected to My PLAN. You have to adjust it in User CP.

When I look at the Nutrition Report, there's a problem with the carb breakdown. The subtotals for fiber, starch, and sugar don't add up to the total carb count. So far for the analyses I've done (the last couple weeks of my records) starch has been either 0.1 or 0.2 grams, which I'm fairly certain is way off.

Default Weight Chart

When I update my weight it is not reflected in the chart. The chart (graph) still shows the old weight.

I just noticed this on mine as well. My weight from Tuesday (2 days ago) hasn't shown on the graph.

Thanks

Yes, you need to refresh the page before the graph shows the new weight.
