Default "best" colon cleanse?

I'm gradually coming to the conclusion, after much reading, that a colon cleanse is something that would likely be helpful in my beginning battle with candida. Can someone please tell me, from personal experience, what the best, safest, most convenient form of colon cleanse is please? I don't want to be a slave to the bathroom--will that happen? Is a cleanse really that helpful? Any help, hints, suggestions, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

There is a line of products from Nature's Secret. I've used the candistroy and really liked it. They have several different cleanses and diets to go with them. Just do a web search for Nature's Secret and see their line of products. Good Luck.

Herbal Fiber blend from the AIM CO. I have been using it for years now, it has all the herbs you need to get the junk out, the sluge etc. you will be in shock after about a week or so. look for an AIM dealer close to your home town or let me know were your located I can hook you up. Barely Green mixed with it will help also. If you don't do a good cleanse your good food and vitamans are just going down the drain
goto: www.theaimcompanies.com and check it out it's the very best you can get and it's not too harsh to use every week or so to stay healthy and clean after your frist cleanse ~~~~Rocks
