Default Benefits of not doing induction

ok... this may sound controversial, but it would be interested to know what you think?

I didn't do induction this time around (as I get really fixated on figures, and then carb out when I go over my limit). Instead I eat clean (minus some protein shakes) plus allow myself treats of 5 carbs or less. Plus one evening off a week. I've lost 20lbs - woo woo!

First time around I thought I could live on induction until my goal weight but now realise it was too restrictive for me

Hope my experience helps....

I am not surprised - I think Dr Atkins was right to suggest only eating to that level of carbs and food choices for 2 weeks before adding more carbs and different foods.

Are you going to do the OWL carb ladder this time?

Yes- I have found that I am losing this way. re: trying to do induction for more than 2 weeks : I think it's a normal mistake to make the first time around - never again!!!! x
