Practice plan thru December 31:

Simple: Take food between waking and high noon only. Low carb; no tracking - staying off scale for another 90 days too, fit of clothes is good enough measure.

Tracking below.

X = Ate before noon
O = Ate after noon

Notes:

190g Protein - BHB=0.7, BG=90 - that's kind of what I'm shooting for. Keeping an eye on protein intake - 190g is still on the high side as far as most "experts" would recommend - I have no trouble eating that much, even double that.

Day three reporting my food. I binged yesterday in the evening after doing SO well all day.

So that makes 1 successful day and one binging day.

I might as well make this a record of binging vs. Sanity challenge.

So far 1 good day and one bad one.

Started 90-day challenge: 11/01/20
Days successful: 35/90

My habit:
The habit I am going to be working on is no restaurants/fast food for 90 days, with the exception of date nights with my husband. (It must be an actual date: drive-in movie, going to see the stars in the mountains, whatever socially-distanced thing we pick. We can't just go out to dinner to go out to dinner.)

Another day where I made goal

Notes:

Made it 6 hrs driving. I got a package of peanuts for the trip up to eat before noon but never got to them so I was thinking about them on the way home - but not hungry, i figured if I ate them i'd want more so abstinence was the word for the afternoon. after a while i forgot about them.

Stuck with it again. We’re under stay-at-home orders again as of noon today, so we’ll just keep on keepin’ on with making our own meals from scratch each day.

Apparently, this is where all the fun is. So, let's see if this can help my evening snacking.

My habit:
Eating too much for snacks in the evening while watching TV or being online.

Goal: Eat less than 200 calories after 7:00 PM.

Exception: If dinner is pushed back until 7:00 or later due to life circumstances, I will be allowed to eat a normal meal.

Another day of not ordering out, or ordering in(?) however you want to call it

I hope Mr. Thud doesn't mind if I steal his approach. I love it. Nice and simple and resonates well with me as a "data guy".
