Talking Reliable... ! ! !

WEDNESDAY APRIL 14
  • Cardio: 60 min. Elliptical (Fat Zone)
  • Cardio: 30 min. Walk/Jogging.(Fat Zone)

I don’t know if this is the post to start my GymLog…
I was looking for names that will associate exercise with FUNNNN, extravaganza, exotic, Tropical, but then I thought it will be nicer if I named it as something that will represent a deeper meaning, something that will make me believe in myself, so I came across this thought: “ to be a reliable person to myself”. So I am calling this GymLog “Reliable” hoping that on the long road I can feel that way, that I can rely on me, knowing that if I stop for a couple of days I will start again. The goal to develop a huge “Trust”, Conviction, Confidence, Loyalty, all this words that have been worn out by the years, words I actually don’t consider part of my personality, but that today I am adding it to my daily routine.

Thumbs up Week #1

THURSDAY APRIL 14
  • Cardio: 60min. Elliptical [Fat Zone]
  • Cardio: 30min. Walking [Fat Zone]
  • Cardio: 30min. Walking/Running [Cardio Zone]

Well I feel a little bit tired but I manage to do 2 hrs. I used to suffer from panic attacks so I have to be careful not to feel “TOO” out of breath or I will trigger my anxiety, I almost got to that point today, my psychiatrist said to divide the work out, like one houre in the morning and another one at night. The problem with this, is that I get lazy at night, but will see.

Thursday April 22
  • Cardio: 50 min. Jogging/Running Body for life style (Fat Zone)

I can feel the pain on my upper legs, today I didn't do elliptical in order to rest my legs from that type of exercise, Jogging felt so great but I have to be careful with the knees.

Default Week #2

Saturday April 24, 2004
  • Cardio: 30 min. Elliptical (Fat Zone)
  • Cardio: 30 min. Jogging/Running Body for life style (Cardio Zone)

I decided that in the mornings I won’t do more than an hour, I end up having a lot of stress to keep up my mental motivation, is easier to think that I am only going to do intervals of only ‘30’ min. on each machine, but the longest run together will be an hour, if I want to do more it will have to be at night. The problem that I am seeing is that if I am very full from the food, from the fat then like today I don’t feel like going back to the gym… I have to think how to do this, maybe I need less fat just a normal 70% to give me more space and energy to be spend on the gym.
*** Remember this will be a WOL

Red face Week #2

Sunday April 24
  • Cardio: 30 min. Elliptical (Fat Zone)
  • Cardio: 30 min. Jogging/Running (Body for life style)

It really helped to think that I was going to the gym for only one hour. After that I took a very long and good stretching, this last one made me feel SOOO SOOO GOOD.. I am enjoying more the exercise now, is becoming little by little part of my rutine.

Wednesday April 28
  • Cardio: 55 min. Kickboxing (intense)

After 2 days of rest it felt good to come back, I keep forgetting how nice is to sweet. How can I expect different results if I keep doing the same?, missing workouts (one day was ok, but two?) and then I complain..
