It was really more like brunch: Two hard boiled eggs with a dollop of mayo on the side and steamed broccoli with lemon juice and butter. And a tall cup of decaf coffee with cream.
Camarones Veracruzana (shrimp with a spicy sauce) with salad, ranch dressing and ... I overdid it a bit, ate most of my daily carbs at breakfast. 1/2 C refried beans sprinkled with cheese, and a few tortilla chips. I have a really hard time resisting these items, but no rice or tortillas!
Just an Atkins shake today, not hungry since I eat late... Kroger had Atkins shake packs in a bargain bin for $2.00 each -!!! I am going back to get more today. They are not expired and most are the ones with caffeine in them, Mocha Latte, Cafe Caramel, and non-caff Cookies N Creme.
