a newbie to the forum

I am new to this site, but not new to low carb dieting. I had weight loss surgery on 5/18/01 (a long story - too detailed to go into here) and my doctor's orders include a no carb diet to maximize weight loss. I have lost 50# since surgery and am finally able to eat what I want (with some exceptions) without feeling sick, tired and miserable. Anyone else out there on no/low carbs following WLS? I would love to chat with you.
