Default Which Book would you Advise me to get

As I live out of town, it can be difficult for me to get to a book store, a freind of mine is going on Wednesday and can pick me up a copy - I know there are 2 different books. Does anyone have both books and could advise me on which to get if I only want to buy 1. Is there a big difference in the 2 books or is the plan basically the same. I looked on the website and I thought the second book seemed more geared to reversing aging (Oh I wish it could happen - but???) and the first book was more about weight loss/healthy eating.

Thanks again

I would definitely recommend the second book. The first book is geared toward diabetics and people who are already insulin resistant. The second book goes into more detail about the reasons behind the diet and how to implement the diet as well as exercise/lifestyle changes. If you have the second book, I don't feel that you really need the first book.

Then the second book is what I shall get, I have so many books on diets, nutrition etc. that I'm reluctant to get more - but I need to understand the plan to make sure I'm following it correctly.

Thanks again
