New to Somersizing
What a fantastic way of eating. I had been doing Schwarzbein but not following it strictly enough so I wasn't losing. I tried going to a Weight Watchers meeting, and YUK!!!! The food was so fake and awful, and so against everything I have learned Low Carbing. Meats and fats were hardly included at all on Weight Watchers. Recently I read 4 of Suzannes books, and I totally love how natural it is. I have been Sommersizing for 2 days now. The one thing I have not given up yet is my morning coffee or afternoon Diet Cokes. I hope that does not cause an insulin response.
