Unhappy 10 to 15 pounds by June 8th 2005

I wonder if its realistic of me to lose 10 to 15 pounds by June 8th. What do you guys think? I work out at least 4 times a week and 3 days out of the 4 I work out for at least 1hour and 45 minutes. For 1 hour I see a personal trainer and for 45 minutes I do cardio. What if I do all that and stick to Induction for 1 Month. I am soooooooooooo determined. Please let me know anything else I can do to make this attainable.

I think 10 lbs is realistic, 15 maybe pushing it. I would concentrate more on your measurements. Hit the gym and do a lot of cardio. I checked your height (5'5) and 140 would be good by June 8th, 135 might be harder, but you can do it if you keep the alcohol WAY down and drink lots of water and stay on induction level carbs. I am more for slow weightloss over time, but if you want to hit your goal by then you can do it!! Good luck!

I have about double that to lose by June 7th. Im starting to think I might not make it as I have to lose 4 ponds a week from now til then but I work out every day whether it be the gym doing cardio and weights or talking a 5 mile walk after dinner so who knows...it has been known to happen before

I'd *love* to lose 15 lbs by june too... but *personally* I don't think that that is realistic for me. now that i'm already into this for 2 months, I think the rate will be even slower from here on...

However, I think you should be able to do 10... and probably even 15. Best of luck!

I'm not good with menu analysis. But seems like it's okay... but maybe a bit more veggie? (especially those fibrous ones like spinach...) with this menu, you might find yourself w/ constipation...

You need more veggies- should be getting most of your carbs from them. And watch for the beef jerkey, the sodium content causes some people to retain water. Other than that, it looks good.
