Saturday Morning - YOGA Class
1 Hour Yoga Class

That Yoga class was killer!! I learned some new moves and totally
enjoyed it!! Scale was acting up but told me I was 209.5 5 pounds
more than yesterday, think that was wrong, TOM is here so maybe
that is the variable.

Day 2 down!!

Monday: Step Plus Abs

1 hour Step Plus Abs Class

Whew this is the first time in like 5 months or so that I have
done a step class. Man was it HARD!!! I was sweating so much
which is good. I was totally on plan except for those 5 M&M's I
couldn't resist. The scale went down to 206.4 so I am very happy
about that. I am praying to see the 190's before the month is out
TOM is almost gone so I know that will help. Geeze I gotta get
this weight off!

Measurements today:
Bust: 45 (Breast and back)
Back around chest: 41
Waist: 36.5
Hips: 47
R Arm: 13.5
L Arm: 13.5
R Thigh: 27
L Thigh: 27
Neck: 15

I looked at my measurements from a year and a half ago and at least I
only gained a few inches around my back and a little around my waist. I
think I was more a few weeks ago but since I have been hitting the gym
for the last few weeks I have toned up some. I am happy about that
and ready to see the weight loss too. It is all a package deal with me, I
have to get out of the high 100's it is my goal long before my 30th b-day
in May it's my beginning of 2009 promise to myself, the healthy way!

Thursday-Off
Took today off, had an event also I wanted to do the Saturday class and take
off on Sunday.

Friday Morning - Cardio
Did 2 miles on the bike and treadmill was feeling slow motion

Saturday Morning - Step Sculpt
Class was 1 hour really kicked my butt was worth it.

Feeling GREAT! So glad I went to the gym for lunch
I just did my work out took a shower and came back
I didn't feel rushed at all. I am going in the morning
I just feel so much better when I work out!

Today was a good workout. I am on 2 workouts this
week next week 3. I am going to work my way up to
6 days a week. So, I am done until Monday, may still
do some walking with the dogs and crunches, but I
won't be back in the gym til next week!

Legs/Abs 3 sets 12
Treadmill for 20.30 minutes
5 intervals: (60 sec run / 60 sec walk)

Did NOT feel like working out today but I went and tool care of business. Glad I did it. Plan on going again on Monday

Ok I went to the gym, didn't do much but it's a start:

Tuesday: Afternoon - Elliptical 15 min 1 mile
Treadmill 5 min .25 mile

Gotta work myself back up to going, feeling good right now
eating lunch!

Default The Last Day 1

Tuesday: Arms & Abs / Cardio
01/03/12

It felt really good to be back in the gym. I have been trying
to get my self down to my goal weight for 7 years. That is so
sad to me. I will admit there has been so much going on so I have
to take that into consideration. Well I am here again I have an
agressive goal that I need to hit by February 8th. If I stay on track
I am gauranteed to reach the goal, if I keep slacking off and letting
food rule me, I am gauranteed not to reach the goal. What to do
what to do? Well I have 5 weeks, 35 days to make this happen.

Arms & Back Strength training
Treadmill - Interval running 35 minutes 1.90 miles

This is The Last Day 1 of this weight loss journey, I am hitting my goal
this time MIND over FOOD...Period.

Thursday: Legs / Cardio
01/06/12 - 209.4

I totally enjoyed my leg workout!!! I kicked the bag and then did floor leg
work. I hit the spin bike after that then the treadmil on incline. I felt like
a million after that workout. I cannot wait until next Thursday to do that
workout again.

Legs Strength training - 30 Lunges, 30 Leg Lifts, 30 Leg Kick Backs
Spin Bike - 10 Min 4.6 mile
Treadmill - 25 minutes 1 mile 162 Calories


Friday: Full Body
01/06/12 - 208.4

I was SO tired when I got home but I did Active 2 on Wii and knocked
out my 30 minute workout!! I did have a cheat today of a brownie so
I knew I had to do it and am so glad I did! I want to reach week
goal of 197, I know I can do it!!! WOO HOO!!

Full Body Active 2 Wii - 30 min 224 Calories

Leg Curls Quads 30 reps - 30 pounds
Leg press Inner 30 reps - 60 pounds
Leg press Outer 30 reps - 60 pounds
Squats 30 reps - 90 pounds

01/08/12 - 210.2
Great interval type workout today, was a little tired with TOM here,
but I kept it going and got it done.
