Default Will Keto shakes cause a stall?

I technically am done w/induction (been on this WOE for 3 weeks now), but am staying under 20 grams. I guess I'm pretty much sticking to induction except that I like to drink a shake each day. I am wondering if anyone knows if Keto brand shakes cause stalls. It doesn't look like they have an sugar alcohols or glycerin or anything along those lines in it, but I don't know if there are other things that cause stalls too. Thanx!

I drink an Atkins shake every morning, I think they are about the same thing, and I have had no problems with it. But everyone is different. If you find yourself stalling, you may want to cut them out.

Hi,

I also drink Keto Shakes and have not had a problem. I have had a steady weight loss since December 1st . Love their shakes and they fill me up for hours.

Thanx for the response. I have noticed that I have much more energy at the gym and don't feel so weighed down throughout the day. I know they have a lot of vitamins and minerals...even though I was taking many supplements, I guess I was still not getting enough of something...so I think the shakes are a good thing for me and I guess I'll have to see how the weight loss goes!
