Six Ingredient Salad
SIX INGREDIENT SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
3 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup fried bacon pieces
1/2 cup black olives
1 cup mayonnaise
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
2 cups shredded cheese
PREPARATION:
1. Spread 1/4 cup of mayonnaise in the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan.
2. Mix the remaining 3/4 cup mayonnaise with the lettuce, bacon,
and olives.
3. Pour into the pan over the bottom layer of mayonnaise.
4. Spread cheese over the top of the lettuce.
5. Lay slices of eggs over the top of all.
6. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours (or overnight) before serving
